| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨原发性高血压病的危险因素。方法：调查了62例原发性高血压患者的流行病学情况，并与77例正常健康组比较．采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归模型，对一般情况、生活习惯、确诊为高血压前的饮食习惯、生化指标、其他5大项中的34个变量进行了分析。结果与结论：34个变量中单因素非条件Logistil回归分析有18个变量与原发性高血压有关；对这18个变量行多因素Logistic逐步回归分析筛选出腰臀比、K^ 、Ca^2 、胰岛素、肉类、家族史、婚姻状况7个变量具有统计学意义，提示高血压家族史、腰臀比值较大、常食肉类、离婚或丧偶、低血钾、高血钙、高胰岛素血症是原发性高血压的危险因素。

| Abstract: | Aim:To explore risk factors of primary hypertension. Methods: A total of 62 patients of primary hypertension were investigated, and 77 normotensives were used as control. Logistic regression model was used for analysis of 34 variables. Results: WHR, K +, Ca 2+ , insulin, intake of meat, family history, and marriage had statistic significance. Conclusion: Family histroy, obesity, over intake of meat, divorce, bereft of spouse, low serum kalium level, high serum calium level, and high blood insulin are the risk factors of primary hypertension. |
