摘    要:介绍了国内外1,3-PDO的合成工艺及其最新研究进展,较为详细的讨论了环氧乙烷羰基化法、丙烯醛水合法、微生物发酵法和醇醛缩合法的合成路线、工艺条件、催化剂等,并对其进行了综合比较,展望了今后的研究发展方向。

Abstract:In this article, the routes of the synthesis of 1,3-propanediol are detailed. There are four synthesis routes, the hydration of acrolein followed by hydrogenation, hydroformylation of ethylene oxide, fermentation of glycerol and sacharides, and aldol condensation of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde followed by hydrogenation, which are discussed in detail and compared with each other in terms of reaction conditions including starting materials, catalysts, temperature, ressure, reaction time, and reactors. Recent developments are indicated.
