复方珠黄霜对兔背部人粪污染创面愈合的实验研究

摘    要:目 观察复方珠黄霜对兔背部污染创面愈合的影响。方法 将12只新西兰兔背部的48个人粪污染创面随机分成4组,分别采用复方珠黄霜大、小剂量及霜剂基质、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)治疗,并通过肉芽组织填充率、再上皮化速率、组织病理学指标、蛋白质含量评价治疗效果。结果 经复方珠黄霜、bFGF治疗的创面肉芽组织填充率及再上皮化速率都较基质对照组明显增加(P<0.01);组织病理学检查证实经复方珠黄霜治疗的创面感染较轻,与基质组相比,其成纤维细胞数、新生毛细血管数、毛细血管总面积、面密度、数密度和周密度均有明显提高(P<0.05或0.01),其作用优于bFGF组;并能显著增加组织中蛋白质的含量(P<0.05或0.01)。结论 复方珠黄霜能显著加速人粪污染创面的修复。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of compound Zhuhuang frost on the healing of wounds contaminated with human feces on the back of rabbits Methods:Forty-eight back wounds contaminated with human feces in 12 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups and treated with a large or small doses of compound Zhuhuang frost,frost matrix,and basic fibroblast growth factou(bFGF)respectively.The therapeutic effects were evaluated by the compactness of the granulation tissue,the speed of re-epithelialization,index of histopathology and the protein contents.Results:The compactness and the speed of re-epithelialization with treatment of compound Zhuhuang frost,bFGF wrer increasing more obviously than those of frost matrix groups( P <0.01).Histopathology showed milder infection on the wound treatde with compound Zhuhuang frost,and the number of fibrobalsts,of new capillary blood vessdls,total area of capillary blood vessels,the area density,number density and circumference density were obviously improved as compared with frost matrix groups( P<0.05 or P <0.01).The effect was superior to the bFGF with increase of protein contents in the tissue( P<0.01 or P <0.01).Conclusion:Compound Zhuhuang frost can promote the healing of the wound contaminated with human feces.
