| 侧卧位与俯卧位经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切割术的对比分析 |

| 摘 要： | 本组６５例，３０例采用侧卧位侧后方穿刺椎间盘，３５例采用俯卧位穿刺椎间盘，前者的总有效率为８６．６％，后者为８５．７％，两者无明显差异。侧卧位穿刺的解剖途径距重要神经的距离比俯卧位穿刺近，刺伤神经的机会亦较多，侧卧位法，穿刺椎间隙的后１／３，是抽吸的理想部位。俯卧位法，针尖指向椎间盘的前方，吸出物可能较少。

| Abstract: | This article reported 65 cases of hermiated lumbar disk
treated by percutaneous lumbardiskectomy,30 cases were treated in
lateral position,the effective rate was 86.6%;another 35 cases
weretreated in prone position,the effective rate 85.7%,there was no
obvious difference between them,In lateralposition,the distance
between the chennel punctured and nearby nerves was nearer than that
in prone posi-tion,and the posibility of injuring nerves was more. In
lateral position,one third at the back of the vertebraldisk was a
nice puncturing point.In prone position the needle face to sloping
front of the vertebral disk,sothat aspiration of nucleus was little. |
