摘    要:采用共混法,在Si3N4中掺入纳米SiO2、TiO2和SiC粒子,制备出适用于FBG传感器粘贴和封装的无机胶粘剂.用原子力显微镜(AFM)观察了胶粘剂的组团结构,用电子万能材料试验机测试了其力学性能,用光谱分析仪对上述胶粘剂封装的FBG温度、压力传感器的性能进行了测试.结果表明,该胶粘剂的最大抗拉强度为45.01 MPa,最大剪切强度为44.34 MPa,其浸水保持率大于89.8%.封装后的FBG温度、压力传感器可用于301.8℃、42 MPa油气水混合的使用环境.

Abstract:An inorganic adhesive for sticking and coating of FBG sensors is prepared by adding SiO2,TiO2 or SiC into Si3N4.The agglomerative structure of the new adhesive is observed using AJ-Ⅲa atomic forced microscope,the mechanic performance of the adhesive is tested using QJ210-500N electronic multipurpose material testing machine,and the performance of FBG sensors coated with above-mentioned adhesive for measuring temperature and pressure is tested with MS9710C spectrum analyzer.The results show that the tensile strength of the adhesive is 45.01 MPa,its shearing strength is 44.34 MPa,and its maintaining rate of tensile-shearing strength after soaking is higher than 89.8%.The temperature and pressure sensors coated with above-mentioned adhesive can be used in the circumstance of 301.8 ℃ and 42 MPa,as well as under the existence of oil,steam and water.
