基于单片机的USB接口多参数测试装置

多参数测试装置一般采用PCI或ISA插槽的数据采集卡,采集卡具有测量点固定、可测参数范围不可改变、难于满足特殊需求、价格昂贵等缺点,自制多参数测试装置,具有灵活性好、适应性强、成本低等优势,适合于普通场合需求,更适应于特殊场合需求。本装置以计算机作为测试终端,USB作为测试数据传输通道,单片机作为前端参数采集控制器,共同构成多参数测试装置,对模拟量、数字量、串口数据等参数进行测量,满足各种测量需求。
