| Abstract: | The coal quality problems,which should be paid attention when signing the coal purchase and sale contract,were described.The aspects contained the common sense of coal quality the coal users should have,the problems in the coal sampling and preparation process,the reward and punishment in the contract,and so on.When these aspects were improved,the success rate of the coal purchase and sale contract should be increased. |
