| 摘 要： | 目的研究注射用清开灵冻干粉对临床分离致病菌的体内抗菌活性。方法注射用清开灵冻干粉与市售清开灵注射液作比较,建立小鼠细菌感染模型,测定注射用清开灵冻干粉浓缩液对金葡菌、大肠埃希菌感染小鼠的ED50,观察注射用清开灵冻干粉体内抗菌活性。结果注射用清开灵冻干粉对金葡菌、大肠埃希菌感染小鼠的ED50以生药剂量计分别为7.40g/kg、7.54g/kg,具有一定的体内抗菌活性。结论注射用清开灵冻干粉对金葡菌、大肠埃希菌感染小鼠均具有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the anti-bacterial activity of Qingkailing Freeze-Dried Powder for Injection(QI) in vivo.Methods The mice models were divided into the medicine-given group, the positive-control group and the negative-control group.The medicine-given group was administrated by QI and Qingkailing Injection on sale.The positive-control group was administrated by Ceftriaxone and negative-control group 0.9% NS.The three groups were infected with injection of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli suspension by the mice's abdominal cavity and observed the number of death for seven days.ED50 and 95% confidence interval were calculated.Results ED50 of QI against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were 7.40g/kg and 7.54g/kg, respectively.Conclusion QI has an obvious protective effect on infection induced by Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. |
