腹部横切口与纵切口对再次剖宫产术的影响

目的：调查研究腹部横切口与纵切口对再次剖宫产手术的影响。方法：将108例再次行剖宫产手术的产妇按首次切口方式分为观察组（使用腹部纵切口）和对照组（使用腹部横切口），观察两组患者的临床效果。结果：观察组手术出血量、分娩时间、手术切皮开始至进腹时间、手术时间均少于对照组（P〈0.01）；观察组盆腹腔粘连程度显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：腹部纵切口方式对产妇再次剖宫产手术影响较小，可以有效降低再次手术对母婴的伤害，且安全性较高，值得在临床上进一步推广运用。

The Impact of Abdominal Transverse Incision and Longitudinal Incision on the Cesarean Section Again

Objective：To research abdominal transverse incision vertical incision on cesarean section again. Method：108 cases women with cesarean section surgery again according to the first incision approach were divided into observation group（used abdominal longitudinal incision）and the control group（used the abdominal transverse mouth）,and the clinical effect of two groups were observed. Result：Blood loss, delivery time, operation cut skin to into the belly of time, operation time in the observation group were less than those in the control group（P〈0.01）.And adhesion degree in the observation group was less than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Abdominal incision cesarean section on maternal the surgery less affect, can effectively reduce the harm to the mother-to-child reoperation,and high security,is worth popularizing in further clinical application.
