| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨15-羟前列腺素脱氢酶（15-PGDH）在腺瘤和腺癌组织中的表达和意义。方法：选取肠镜检查和手术活检组织标本118例，其中正常大肠黏膜30例，大肠腺瘤43例，大肠腺癌组织45例。用Real Time PCR检测15-PGDH mRNA的表达，免疫组织化Elivision法检测组织中15-PGDH的蛋白表达。结果：15-PGDH在大肠腺癌组织中的mRNA的表达、阳性表达率及光密度值均低于大肠腺瘤及正常黏膜组（P〈0.05）；且大肠腺瘤组低于正常黏膜组（P〈0.05）。结论：15-PGDH表达降低或缺失，可能是大肠腺癌发生过程中的重要环节。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the expression of 15-PGDH in the colorectal adenoma and adenocarcinoma.Method：Thirty samples of normal mucosal tissue,43 samples of colorectal adenoma and 45 samples of colorectal adenocarcinoma which were living tissues were obtained under endoscopic biopsy forceps or surgery of 118 cases.The mRNA levels of 15-PGDH were examined with Real Time PCR.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of 15-PGDH.Result：The 15-PGDH mRNA levels and expressions of positive rate and optical density in the colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues were lower than the adenomas and normal mucosal tissues respectively（P〈0.05）.The adenomas was lower than the normal mucosal tissue（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The lower 15-PGDH may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of colorectal cancer. |
