系统培训在急诊科新护士小儿头皮静脉穿刺中的运用

目的:提高新护士小儿头皮静脉穿刺的成功率,减少护患矛盾,提高家长满意度。方法:对照组选择2008年8月门急诊输液患儿(年龄1个月～3岁)97例,由新护士按常规操作,进行成功率和家长满意度的统计。观察组先对新护士系统培训穿刺2个月后,选择2008年10月门急诊输液患儿(年龄1个月～3岁)106例进行静脉穿刺,然后对成功率及家长满意度作统计,与对照组进行比较。结果:两组患儿静脉穿刺成功率与家长对护理操作的满意度都存在显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:系统培训新护士对小儿头皮静脉的穿刺,包括技术、心理素质训练,注意家长、患儿的心理状态,注意创造良好的穿刺环境,是提高小儿头皮静脉穿刺成功率,减少护患矛盾,提高家长满意度的关键。

The appilication of systemic training in wean scalp vein puncture for new nurse in emergency department.

Objective：For new nurses to improve success ratio of wean scalp vein puncture,to avoid conflict with patients,thus to increase satisfaction of nursing.Methods：The control group of 97（one month to three years old）wean patients from August 2008 were operated normally by new nurses.The observation group of 106（one month to three years old）wean patients from October 2008 were operated by those who had a 2-months systemic training.Statistics of success ratio and paterfamilias＇ satisfaction were made（one month to three years old）.Results：The result shows that a great difference in the success ratio of puncture,as well as in the satisfaction of nursing（P0.05）.Conclusion：Training new nurses systemically to deal with wean scalp vein puncture,which included skill training,psychological training,training to care about paterfamilias＇ and weans＇ state of mind,training to create good conditions for puncture,plays a key role in improving success ratio of puncture,avoiding conflict with patients and in increasing satisfaction of nursing.
