| Abstract: | According to the energy consumption of the residence at present in our country,the paper analyzes the effective way of realizing the energysaving residence from the design aspect,discusses how to make the building meet the continual development of the energy-saving requirement from the selection of the energy saving technology and the innovation of the energy saving materials,finally discusses the supervision and the acceptance of the energy-saving residence. |
