基于无刷电机伺服的数控雕刻机系统

摘    要:利用无刷电机作为驱动元件,以DSP作为控制芯片,实现了对数控雕刻机的伺服驱动与控制.测试结果表明,基于无刷电机的数控雕刻机克服了传统伺服电机的不利因素,控制简单,伺服精度高,并具有很高的运行速度,有效提高了雕刻机的工作效率.

Abstract:In this paper, the carving machine is implemented and actuated by brushless DC motor (BLDC), which is controlled by digital signal processor (DSP). Experiments results demonstrate that the shortcoming of traditional actuators can be overcomed and the control system can be simplified. Besides, the carving machine actuated by BLDC motor has fine performance and very high working speed, and its efficiency can also be improved.
