| 摘 要： | 本文介绍压磁式测力传感器的制作原理和方法。从材料科学入手,着重讨论材料因素对传感器基本特性的影响。作者认为:正确选择磁路材料是保证获得性能良好的传感器的关键;冲切取向、热处理、粘贴和装配质量也直接影响传感器的基本特征。

| Abstract: | This article deals with the principle and method of the making of the pressductor on a force measuring device. From viewpoint of Materials Science, the effects of material factors on essential performances of pressductor have been discussed. It is considered by the authors that proper selection of materials for the magnetic circuit is the key to good performances of kind of pressductor, and direction of dieing, heat-treatment, the process of binding and assemblage are all of major influence. |
