水平管降膜蒸发器传热传质实验研究

摘    要:水平管降膜蒸发器因传质传热系数高而被广泛应用于淡化水处理中。搭建了水平管降膜蒸发传热实验台,通过对实验结果的归纳,得到了水平管降膜蒸发器的蒸发量随喷淋密度、蒸发温度、热通量的变化规律及热量利用率随蒸发温度的变化规律。结果表明,热通量范围不同时,蒸发量随喷淋密度的变化规律不同;蒸发量随热通量的增大而增大,随蒸发温度的增大而增大;热量利用率随蒸发温度的增大而增大。

Experimental research of heat and mass transfer in falling film horizontal tube evaporator

Abstract:The falling film horizontal tube evaporator has been widely used in desalination water treatment because of its high heat and mass transfer coefficients. A failing film horizontal tube evaporator experiment system was built. The effect of spray density, evaporation temperature, heat flux on the evaporation flux was studied. Furthermore the impact of evaporation temperature on heat utilization ratio was also presented. The results indicated that the variation curve of evaporation flux with spray density was different when heat flux range was not the same, growth of spray density and evaporation temperature helped to increase the evaporation flux . The heat utilization ratio could also be increased by increasing the evaporation temperature. The tube wall temperature distribution was measured under various conditions by using advanced infrared camera technology.
