摘    要:对邯钢三炼钢采用转炉—LF炉—CSP工艺生产冷轧冲压用钢命中率低的原因进行分析,通过采取优化转炉装入制度、转炉低温冶炼、减少出钢下渣量、控制精炼过程Als含量和精炼周期等措施,提高钢水成分命中率,使得生产冷轧冲压用SPHD钢命中率达到88.5%,取得了很好的效果。

Abstract:The reasons for low hit rate of cold-rolled steel produced by converter-LF furnace-CSP process in the No. 3 steel-making plant of Handan Iron and Steel was analyzed. By optimization converter charging system, using lowtemperature smelting, reducing the amount of steel slag, controlling Als content in refining process and refining period, the hit rate of molten steel components was improved and the hit rate of SPHD cold-rolled steel reached 88.5 %, and very good results achieved.
