摘    要:无汞碱性锌锰电池技术是一项系统技术,代汞缓蚀剂仅仅是无汞技术的一个部分,实现无汞化要从开发无汞锌粉、提高原材料纯度、改善粘接剂和隔膜、优化生产工艺设备和环境、加强工艺控制等多方面着手,文章从分析汞在电池中的重要作用论述了实现无汞化的途径,对非汞缓蚀剂存在的不足和目前国产无汞碱锰电池的质量水平、努力方向等进行了讨论。

Abstract:Mercury - free alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery technique was a system technology. Mercury -substituting inhibitor was only a part of mercury - free technique. By developing mercury - free zinc powder purifying the raw -materials .improving binder and separator .optimizing technique .equipment and production environment strict control of technique were neccesary to gain the achievement of mercury-free batteries. By analyzing importance of mercury in batteries,the way of realizing mercury -free was described. It also discussed insufficiency of mercury-free corrosion inhibitor,quality level and future effort of mercury -free alkaline Zn/MnO. batteries in China -made batteries at present.
