| 摘 要： | 采用烟草“红花大金元”变异植株嫩叶为外植体，进行组培快繁体系研究，结果表明：最佳愈伤组织形成和再生芽萌生的培养基是：MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L+IAA 0.5mg/L+蔗糖20.0g/L；而MS+KT 0.3mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L培养基对丛芽的增殖效果最佳；最佳生根培养基是1/2MS+6-BA 0.1mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L，根多且壮。

| Abstract: | In this article，the rapid propagation technology system of tobacco varitety “Hongda” tissue was studied with tender leaves.The result indicated thatthe most suitable medium for the callus induction and buds reproduction was MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L+IAA 0.5mg/L+ sucrose 20.0g/L；MS+KT0.3mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L was the best medium for buds amplification，the best rooting culture medium was 1/2 MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L，the roots were short and thick and the plants were vigorous and healthy. |
