火针为主治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

目的观察火针为主治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将92例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组46例。治疗组采用火针疱疹及周边围刺配合拔罐法治疗,对照组采用口服阿昔洛韦片及维生素B1治疗。评定两组疗效,并比较两组患者止痛、止疱、结痂、痊愈时间及随访治疗1个月后遗神经痛发生率。结果治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为69.0%和100.0%,对照组分别为34.9%和79.1%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01,P0.05),两组患者止痛、止疱、结痂及痊愈时间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组随访1个月后遗神经痛发生率为0%,对照组为23.2%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论火针为主的综合疗法是一种治疗带状疱疹的有效方法,可及时有效缓解疼痛,防止后遗神经痛的发生。

Observations on the Efficacy of Fire Needling as Main Treatment for Herpes Zoster

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fire needling as main treatment for herpes zoster. Methods Ninety-two patients with herpes zoster were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 46 cases each. The treatment group received fire needling at herpes zoster plus surround needling and cupping and the control group, oral administration of acyclovir tablets and vitamin B 1. The therapeutic effects were evaluated in the two groups. The times to relieve pain, to eliminate blisters, to scab and to heal, and the occurrence rates of postherpetic neuralgia followed up at one month after the end of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate and the total efficacy rate were 69.0% and 100%, respectively, in the treatment group and 34.9% and 79.1%, respectively, in the control group; there were statistically significant differences between the two groups （P〈 0.01 ,P〈 0.05）. There were statistically significant differences in the time to relieve pain, to eliminate blisters, to scab and to heal between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The occurrence rate of postherpetic neuralgia followed up at one month after the end of treatment was 0% in the treatment group and 23.2% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusions A composite treatment with fire needling as the main is an effective way to treat herpes zoster. It can relieve the pain promptly and effectively and prevent the occurrence ofpostherpetic neuralgia.
