阴道损伤的应急处理及护理对策

目的探讨阴道损伤的应急处理及护理对策的有关问题。方法应急处理应及时迅速,采用将浸有0.1%盐酸肾上腺素纱布压迫裂伤部位,填塞无菌纱条进一步压迫止血,或采用肠线缝合裂伤的阴道,出血量较多者,迅速建立静脉通道,监测生命体征及阴道流血情况,保持会阴清洁、干燥,防止感染,加强心理护理和健康指导。结果12例患者全部无发生伤口感染和延期愈合,平均住院3d,康复出院,1例患者1个月后同房时再度出现阴道裂伤。结论阴道损伤多由于初次性生活动作粗暴、姿势不对、过度兴奋等引起,伤口及时缝合,充分的抗生素治疗,护理措施正确及时和加强健康教育,是治疗成功及避免出现阴道再度裂伤的关键。

Emergency Treatment and Nursing Strategy for Vaginal Injury

Objective To explore the relative problems about emergency treatment and nursing strategy for vaginal injury. Methods Emergency treatment should be quickly, 0.1% adrenalin hydrochloride gauze was used to oppress the lacerative position, aseptic gauze was used to tamp in order to further compression hemostasis, or used catgut to suture the lacerated vagina. For the blood loss was more, we established the venous transfusion quickly, observed vital signs and vaginal bleeding situation, kept perineum cleanly and dry, prevented infection, strengthened psychological nursing and health guidance.Results 12 cases were recovered triumphantly with no wound infection and delayed healing, the mean time was 3 days. One case with vaginal laceration was once again 1 months later during coitus. Conclusion The most causes of vaginal injury are the first brutal sex, wrong posture, overexcitation, ect. Suturing the wound in time, sufficient antibiotic therapy, correct and timely nursing strategy, strengthening health guidance are key to success therapy and avoid the emergence of vaginal injury again.
