| 摘 要： | 目的:了解温州地区妊娠妇女感染梅毒的情况,为对该人群的有效干预措施提供依据。方法:收集温州地区2007年7月～2010年6月共5 594例孕妇血清进行梅毒血清学检测。结果:5 594例孕妇中,检出妊娠合并梅毒40例,检出率为0.72%。结论:对孕妇进行梅毒血清学检测及规范治疗是杜绝先天梅毒、切断母婴垂直传播的有效方法和措施。
