非典期间一线护士的心理状况调查研究

目的　了解非典 (即SARS ,严重急性呼吸综合征 )期间一线护士心理状况 ,在重大突发疫情面前 ,在紧张的工作压力面前 ,一线护士的心理应激状态 ,心理健康状况 ,以及各因子之间的关系 ,以帮助管理层有针对性对护士进行心理疏导、减轻护士的心理压力 ,保持心理健康。方法　采用问卷调查法 ,对北京市非典一线的护士用SCL - 90表进行测试并探讨。结果　对非典一线护士进行SCL - 90测试 ,总均分为 35 .39,明显高于常模 (P <0 .0 1)。护士一线工作与离开一线对比分析、因子分分析 ,线上明显高于线下 ,阳性项目数及多因素分析 ,一线工作者明显高于离开一线工作者 (P <0 .0 1) ,对 6 2名护士自身线上线下配对t检验。线上明显高于线下 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　建议管理层在重大疫情面前 ,注意保护护士心理健康 ,减少精神压力 ,并对其及时进行心理指导。

Investigation of Psychological Status of Nurses During SARS Period

Objective To access the psychological stress status, psychological health status ,and the related factors for nurse in confronting pandemic and strained work ,such as SARS, to help nurses in making psychological cure ,alleviating psychological pressure ,and keeping psychological health. Methods Investigated and evaluated the nurses who have participated the cure of SARS in Beijing by SCL-90 questionnaire.Results The mean score was 35.39, higher than that of the control obviously (P<0.01), And the mean was obviously higher in the period of curing SARS than that of not engaging that task (P<0.01) by comparison analysis and factor analysis, and the same result (P<0.01) by paired-samples T-test with 62 nurses. Conclusions These results underscore the need of keeping psychological health for nurse, alleviating the mental pressure and making psychological guidance in time when facing pandemic work.
