| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年冠心病患者血脂代谢特点。方法:选择784例65岁以上老年患者,根据冠状动脉造影所示病变支数及有无高血压、糖尿病进行分组,比较各项血脂指标(包括单项血脂和血脂比值)。结果:将所有研究对象根据冠脉病变支数分成4组后比较,载脂蛋白(Apo)B、总胆固醇(TC)/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)/HDL-C、HDL-C和ApoA1/B水平在4组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。高血压组三酰甘油(TG)和ApoB水平升高,ApoA1/B水平下降(P<0.05)。糖尿病组TG和TC/HDL-C水平升高,HDL-C水平下降(P<0.05)。多元Logistic逐步回归分析表明ApoA1/B是冠心病的危险因素。结论:血脂比值对于冠心病的发生及严重程度具有一定的临床预测价值。高血压、糖尿病均影响血脂代谢,治疗老年冠心病患者需控制多重危险因素。 |
