| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the relationship between the cost control in project decision-making stage and the cost control of each stage of project,expounds some main factors and points influencing the construction cost control in project decision-making stage,and points out that the construction cost in project decision-making stage,which determines whether or not the investors put money into the project and their investment scale,plays a critical role in construction cost control. |
