摘    要:目前认为真菌中脱落酸生物合成是经甲羟戊酸、焦磷酸法尼酯的直接合成途径。高等植物中脱落酸的生物合成除可能存在直接途径外,更主要的是经类胡萝卜素等四十碳前体降解转化的间接合成途径,然而真菌中是否存在类胡萝卜素为前体的间接生物合成途径尚未见报道。该文报道了在脱落酸产生菌培养过程中添加类胡萝卜素及维生素A等物质,能够促进脱落酸的合成,表明在真菌中脱落酸的生物合成也可能存在经类胡萝卜素降解的间接途径,并可通过添加类胡萝卜素等前体的方法提高脱落酸发酵产量,降低生产成本。该实验还应用正交设计法考察了前体及营养物质的最适添加浓度,经优化脱落酸液体发酵产量可比对照提高122.3%。

Abstract:It is supposed that abscisic acid in fungi was synthesized by direct pathway through MVA and FPP. Whereas, Carotenoids(indirect) pathway and direct pathway are suggested to be the biosynthetic pathways in plants, and carotenoids are now more confirmed to be the biosynthetic precursors of plant ABA. Is there any precursor alike the carotenoids existed in phytopathogenic fungi? In order to answer this, the experiments on comparing the production of ABA before and after adding carotenoids, were set up. The experiment results showed that carotenoids greatly affect the production of ABA in Botrytis Cinerea, which may support the suggestion that there exist biosynthetic precursors alike the carotenoids in phytopathogenic fungi and that Vit A can also improve the production of ABA. The optimal result by increasing 122.3% in final production of ABA was obtained with orthogonal method.
