摘    要:岩屑图像录井技术的岩屑采集环节直接关系到对岩性和含油岩石的准确识别,针对PDC钻头普遍使用及空气钻井技术推广应用所造成的录井岩屑细小甚至呈粉末状的状况,通过对岩屑图像采集过程中自平衡校正、岩屑的粒径及其存放时间以及钻井液添加剂水膜等影响因素的分析研究,制定出岩屑图像采集参数标准,通过实施岩屑图像采集的标准化、规范化,为准确识别岩性及含油岩石提供真实、清晰、系统的基础图像信息.在四川盆地普光构造、东濮凹陷文留构造的应用表明了该标准在空气钻井条件下对岩性识别及现场快速识别油气层的作用.

Abstract:The cutting acquisition link of cutting image logging technology plays a direct importance on distinguishing lithology and oil-bearing rocks precisely. According to the condition that logging cuttings are fine and powdered which are caused by commonly using PDC bit and air drilling technology, the authors worked out the acquisition parameter standard for cutting images by calibrating the white balance, cutting grain size and its storage duration and analyzing and studying their affecting factors on water membrane of drilling fluid additives during cutting image acquisition, and provided real, clear and systematic basic image information for precisely distinguishing lithology and oil-bearing rocks by conducting standard and normal cutting image acquisition. It is indicated by the application in Puguang structure in Sichuan Oilfield and Wenliu structures in Zhongyuan Oilfield that the technology takes an important role for distinguishing lithology and fast distinguishing oil-gas zones on the wellsite under air drilling condition.
