中西医结合治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化的临床观察

目的研究探讨中西医结合治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化的临床疗效，为今后的临床工作提供一定的参考价值。方法将2012年1月-2013年6月我院收治的60例原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者，随机分为观察组（30例）和对照组（30例），在常规保肝降酶及熊去氧胆酸的基础上，观察组患者加用益肝汤，连续治疗8周，观察临床疗效及肝功能指标的变化。结果观察组患者的有效率明显高于对照组，两者相比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后，观察组的TBIL、ALT、GGT、ALP明显低于对照组的TBIL、ALT、GGT、ALP，两者相比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化疗效确切，值得在临床上进一步研究应用。

Integrative treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis clinical observation

Objective To study investigated the combination therapy of primary biliary cirrhosis clinical efficacy for future clinical work to pro＇vide some reference value.Methods January 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital, 60 patients with primary biliary cirrho- sis patients were randomly divided into observation group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, in the conventional liver Jiang- Mei and ursodeoxycholic acid, based on the observation group were added with liver soup, eight weeks of continuous treatment, clinical efficacy was observed indicators of changes in liver function. Results The response rate was significantly higher in pa- tients, comparing the two, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; treatment, the observation group TBIL, ALT, GGT, ALP was significantly lower than the control group the TBIL, ALT, GGT, ALP, comparing the two, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Integrative treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis efficacy, it is worth further study in clinical appli- cations.
