早产儿NBNA结果影响因素分析

目的探讨影响早产儿校正胎龄40周时行为神经测定(NBNA)结果的因素。方法采用20项NBNA测定的方法,对2012年出生的233例早产儿,在其校正胎龄40周时进行NBNA测查,并调查其可能的影响因素。结果 233例早产儿校正胎龄40周时NBNA得分为(38.05±0.76)分,其中有33例NBNA评分≤37分,可疑+异常筛出率为14.16%。母亲妊娠年龄、母孕期患贫血、母亲孕期产检次数、父亲文化程度、新生儿期患过贫血或呼吸窘迫综合征对NBNA总分测定有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论早产儿行为神经发育水平与婴儿父亲文化程度、母亲孕期因素及新生儿期疾病有关。

Analysis of influence factors of NBNA results

Objective To explore the effect of correcting gestational age determination of behavior nerve at 40 weeks（NBNA） results of the factors.Methods 20 NBNA determination,233 premature infants born in 2012,NBNA was tested in the correction of 40 weeks gestational age,and to investigate its possible influencing factors,data were collected for statistical analysis.Results Of the 233 cases of premature infants at 40 weeks corrected gestational age NBNA score was 38.05 ±0.76 points,including 33 cases of NBNA ≤ 37,suspicious and abnormal screening rate was 14.16%.Gestational age,maternal anemia during pregnancy,times of prenatal examination,education level of father,the neonatal period had anemia or respiratory distress syndrome total score of NBNA were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Preterm infant behavior neural development level and education level of father,maternal and neonatal disease related factors.
