640层螺旋CT与超声心动图评价左心功能的比较研究

目的:应用640层螺旋CT、二维超声心动图定量评价左心功能,探讨640层螺旋CT、二维超声心动图对左心功能评价的相关性及640层螺旋CT在冠心病左心功能评价中的应用价值。方法:临床拟诊冠心病的患者58例,均行640层螺旋CT、二维超声心动图检查。结果:640层螺旋CT、二维超声心动图两种方法的心功能指标差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。640层螺旋CT、二维超声心动图检查指标EDV、ESV、SV、EF相关性高(r值分别为0.853、0.799、0.778、0.654)。结论:640层螺旋CT在左心功能定量评价方面准确、可靠,一次640层CT检查可以同时评估冠脉狭窄情况和左心功能。超声心动图也具有重要临床应用价值。

The comparative study of 640-CT and echocardiography in assessment of left ventricular function

Objective To assess the correlations between 640-CT and echocardiography in assessment of left ventricular function.Methods 58 patients with known or suspected coronary artery disease(CAD)underwent 640-CT and echocardiography.Results There was no significant difference among the measurements for 640-CT,and echocardiography of the left ventricular function parameters(P>0.05).A strong correlation between 640-CT and echocardiography(r=0.654-0.853)was found for End-diastolic-volume(EDV),end-systolic-volume(ESV),stroke-volume(SV)and left ventricular ejection fraction(EF).Conclusion 640-CT angiography of the heart is noninvasive assessment of the coronary artery,whereas the analysis of left ventricular parameters provides additional information of cardiac function without further radiation exposure or scan time.
