有机溶剂分离废旧锂离子电池

摘    要:针对废旧锂离子电池回收工艺中铝分离的问题,采用特定的有机溶剂溶解PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)使铝箔和钴酸锂分离,然后浸出滤渣回收钴锂,铝箔经清洗后直接作为回收产品.。蒸馏有机溶剂脱除粘结剂实现循环使用。该工艺高效地分离了钴与铝从而简化了废旧锂离子电池正极材料的传统回收处理工艺流程。

Abstract:The application of certain organic solvent aims at the dissolution of PVDF and the partition of aluminum and LiCoO2 in the recovery process of used lithium-ion secondary batteries. then the author leachs the mixer of LiCoO2 and C, and at last recycles cobalt and lithium.The aluminum foil after cleaning is an extra recycled product.The involved organic solvent can be recycled through distillation. This treatment makes the recycle of cobalt and aluminum easy and effective so that simplifies the traditional recycle method of lithium-ion batteries.
