摘    要:从毕奥-萨伐尔定律出发,可获得静磁学中矢势所满足的方程。将这些方程在符合狭义相对论理论下加以推广,就得到随时间变化的电磁场理论中标势和矢势所满足的系列方程。

Abstract:According to Biot-Schwancler law and the special theory of relativity, series of equations for mag netostatics can be obtained.If these equations are extended, we'll get series of equations for marker and vector potential of the theory of electromagnetic field, which will change along with time.
