无刷直流电机回馈制动的PWM调制方式研究

摘    要:介绍了无刷直流电机回馈制动时的四种PWM调制方式,详细分析了四种不同的调制方式对无刷直流电机换相过程及换相转矩脉动的影响。通过分析得出,当回馈制动时,采用PWM_OFF型调制方式时,无刷直流电机的换相过程最短、换相转矩脉动最小。仿真结果证明了结论的正确性和实用性。

Abstract:Four PWM modes used in regenerative break for BLDCM were introduced and the different influences on the commutation progress and the commutation torque ripple of BLDC motors at the state of regenerative break were analyzed.It pointsed out the PWM-OFF type is the best PWM mode to reduce the time of commutation and commutation torque ripple.The simulation results show that the PWM-OFF type is correct and practical.
