钯—席夫碱催化环己烯合成环己酮

摘    要:考察了硝酸钯 /氢醌 /氯化双水杨醛缩邻苯二胺合铁 ( )组成的催化剂体系对空气氧化环己烯为环己酮的催化活性以及各种因素对体系催化活性的影响。实验结果显示 ,催化剂体系中钯化合物、水和酸以及席夫碱和氢醌均是必须的组成成份。反应的最佳条件是 :温度为 40℃左右 ,酸浓度为 75~ 80 mmol/L,氢醌浓度为 4~ 6mmol/L

Abstract:Cyclohexene was oxidized to cyclohexanone catalytically by Pd(NO 3) 2/Schiff base Fe(Ⅲ)/hydroquinone. Some factors influencing the activity of the catalyst were studied. Experimental results showed that in the catalyst sytstem, palladium compounds, water, acid, Schiff base and hydroquinone are necessary. The best reaction conditions are temprature, about 40℃; acid concentration, 75~80 mmol/L; hydroquinone concentration, 4~6 mmol/L.
