护理干预对高脂血症胰腺炎患者遵医行为的影响

目的探讨护理干预对高脂血症胰腺炎（HLP）患者遵医行为的影响。方法将80例HLP患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各40例。实验组出院后从饮食控制、规律运动、药物治疗、戒烟戒酒、定期复诊、按时服药、家庭配合等方面进行护理干预,对照组采用常规出院指导。并对两组进行比较。结果实验组护理干预后遵医行为明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）,血清TG值降低（P〈0.05）,急性胰腺炎（AP）复发率下降（P〈0.05）,患者满意率提高（P〈0.01）。结论护理干预有助于提高患者遵医行为。

Effect of Nnursing Intervention on Hyperlipidemia Pancreatitis Patients' Compliance Behavior

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on hyperlipidemia pancreatitis（HLP） patients＇ compliance behavior.Methods 80 patients with hyperlipidemia pancreatitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control groups.The patients after discharge in the experimental group accepted nursing intervention with regular diet control,regular exercise,medication,giving up smoking and drinking,regular return visit,taking medicine on time,collaborating with family members and other aspects.Then,compared it before and after intervention.Also,the patients in the control group accepted systematic health education.And,compare the TG level,AP recurernce rate,satisfaction rate of patients in two groups.Results Patients＇ compliance behavior of experimental group is superior to the control group（P 0.01） obviously,blood-fat declined（P 0.05）,acute pancreatitis（AP） relapse rate decreased（P 0.05）,and patient＇ satisfaction rate raised（P 0.01）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve patient＇s compliance behavior.
