Co-Al-Cr合金制取Raney Co-Cr的研究

摘    要:本文提出用Co-Al-Cr三元合金溶提去Al,制备Raney Co-Cr合金材料,代替金属Ni或CuO-Cr_2O_3作为糠醛加氢的新型催化剂。加氢试验研究表明,与Ni或CuO-Cr_2O_3催化剂相比,Raney Co-Cr催化剂使加氢反应温度降低,反应压力减小,反应产物糠醇的纯度提高。并给出了优化的Co,Al和Cr的最佳成分。

Abstract:This paper concerns the preparation of the Raney Co-Cr Catalyst made from the trinary alloy Co-Al-Cr in which the alloying A1 is dissolved in the soluvent NaOH. The Raney Co-Cr Catalyst is used in the hydropolymerization of furfuraldehyde as a new catalyst instead of the Metal Ni or CuO-Cr_2O_3 Catalyst. A test of the hydropolymerization of furfuraldehyde indicatcs that, as compared with the Ni or CuO-Cr_2O_3 Catalyst, the Raney Co-Cr Catalyst reduces the reaction temperatures and the reaction pressures. The purity of furfury lalconol is increaseq, and the optimization compositions of the alloying Co, Al, and Cr are given.
