2006年青岛市34家HIV筛查实验室考核与质量评价

目的]建立完善的艾滋病网络实验室的质量管理和评价体系,提高检验人员的检测水平和专业素质,促进青岛市艾滋病筛查实验室的规范化建设。方法]发放一套考评血清,对检测结果进行血清学检测评价;对实验室建设,职能与质量管理工作进行现场考核评价。结果]34家HIV筛查实验室参加考评,考评血清检测结果:优秀20家,良好11家,合格3家。现场考核优秀14家,良好14家,合格5家,1家限期整改后合格。结论]青岛市艾滋病筛查实验室的总体水平较好,能够满足本市艾滋病筛查工作的需要。部分实验室仍缺乏系统、规范的质量管理体系。实验人员检测技术水平,质量控制观念和生物安全防护意识还有待提高。

Quality Evaluation on 34 HIV-Screening Laboratories in Qingdao in 2006

Objective]To establish effective quality management and evaluation system for HIV-screening network-laboratory;improve staff's skills and accelerate standardized construction of HIV-screening laboratory(lab) in Qingdao municipality.Methods]A serum panel was administrated.Field visit evaluation was carried out to all 34 labs.Results]Twenty excellent labs,11 nicer labs and 3 eligible labs were identified in serum panel evaluation and 14 excellent labs,14 nicer labs and 6 eligible labs were identified in Field visit evaluation.Conclusion]All the 34 labs in the municipality can meet the requirements for HIV-screening,while some laboratories still need better quality management system,meanwhile,the professional level,test skill and biological safety sense of technical staff need to be further enhanced.
