转换桥及其在经济上的应用

经济系统的内部或它们之间,由于按现有的条件,无法达到预想的目的,或由于组成元素、结构方式和运行规则的差异,因而出现矛盾冲突,产生了各种各样的不相容问题。本文提出转换桥思想,来形象地描述人们为解决经济活动中的不相容问题,在特定的时间和地域内,营造系统之间或系统内部具有连接和转换功能的一种机制。研究转换桥的层次、阶段、位置和材质特征,以及转换桥的连接构件和转换构件。指出设置转换桥,必须根据不同环境,建立相应的连接机制,并且形成变换目标、对象和限制的通道和能力。转换桥思想可以概括为重视事物的优化组合和变换创新。考虑事物的虚实、软硬、潜显、负正的转换,并认真研究变换的传导作用。转换桥思想的理论依据是物元的可拓性,包括物元的发散性、共轭性和关联性;以及以此为核心并形成一套转换策略生成方法的可拓决策方法。

Transformig Bridge and Its Application in Economy

Non-compatible problems would appear within an economic system where the goal to effect and the given conditions are contradictory, or the element atructure and opperating rules between systems are different. This article advances the idea of transforming bridge, refering to a kind of mechaniam with the function of connection and transformation, which is built at certain time and location in order to solve the non-competible problems oxisting in the process of economic developmsnt. The article mentions various forms of the connection and transforming function with regard to the transforming bridge, and the characteristcs of level, stage, position and matarial attached to it. The connecting and transformming components of the transforming bridgs are discussed as well. It is suggested that different conditions should be takan into consideration facilitating the establishment of appropriate connecting function and the formation of path and ability for transforming goal, object and limit. The idea of the transforming bridge could be summarized as optimum combination, transformation and renewal, cousidering the altering between imreal and real, soft and hard, negative and positive, latent and apparent elements, and measuring the conductive effect generating from the transformation. Its theoretic basis could be traced to the extensionness feature which include the divergence, conjugate and connection of the matter element and the extension decision making method deducting from it. The extension decision making method provides a set of transforming generating strategy, transforming bridge design theory and method.
