中药与5-羟色胺再摄取抑制类抗抑郁药联合应用的研究进展

摘 要选择性5-羟色胺（HT）再摄取抑制药（SSRIs）或5 HT及去甲肾上腺素（NA）再摄取抑制药（SNaRI）是目前临床上治疗抑郁症的首选药物。然而该类药物的临床不良反应已成为影响临床运用的突出问题。中药在治疗抑郁症方面具有一定的经验，与该类抗抑郁药联合应用有增强疗效和（或）减轻其不良反应的作用。本文拟对该类药物与中药联合运用的现状进行评述，以期对临床治疗抑郁症提供一定的参考。

Study Progress in Combined Application of Chinese Medicines and 5-Hydroxytryptamine Reuptake Inhibitors

ABSTRACTAt present, selective 5-Hydroxytryptamine (5 HT) reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and 5 HT and noradrenaline (NA) reuptake inhibitors (SNaRI) are the first choice for the clinical treatment of depression, however, the clinical adverse effects of the drugs have become a prominent problem affecting the clinical efficacy. Chinese medicines have some experience in the treatment of depression, and the combined use with the above antidepressants can enhance the efficacy and / or reduce the adverse effects. The article reviewed the status of the combination of SSRIs and Chinese medicines in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of depression.
