| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清EB病毒(EBV)、铁蛋白(SF)及细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)对鼻咽癌(NPC)的临床诊断价值。方法采用免疫酶法及电化学发光免疫分析等技术,检测184例NPC患者、52例鼻咽良性疾病患者、80名正常对照者血清中的EBV壳抗原免疫球蛋白A抗体(EB-VCA-IgA)、SF及CYFRA21-1表达水平。结果NPC组EB-VCA-IgA、SF、CYFRA21-1敏感性分别为79.3%、46.7%、42.4%。3项联合检测敏感性为92.4%,与单项检测比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论EB-VCA-IgA、SF、CYFRA21-1联合检测对NPC的诊断具有较高的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of anti-Epstein-Barr virus capsid antigen immunoglobulin A(EB-VCA-IgA),serum ferritin(SF) and cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). Methods Serum levels of EB-VCA-IgA,SF and CYFRA21-1 in 184 patients with NPC,52 patients with benign nasopharyngeal diseases and 80 normal controls were measured by immunoenzyme technique and electrochemiluminescence immuno-assay(ECLIA). Results Sensitivities of EB-VCA-IgA,SF and CYFRA21-1 in NPC group were 79.3%,(46.7%) and 42.4% respectively.The sensitivity of combined detection of three tumor markers increased to 92.4%,there was statistic difference compared with single tumor marker detection(P<0.05). Conclusions Combined detection of EB-VCA-IgA,SF and CYFRA21-1 has higher clinical value in diagnosis of NPC. |
