摘    要:针对目前生产装置中采用的PID常规控制策略,分析其存在的问题,提出采用模糊控制技术改善炼油装置难以控制回路的控制品质,提高装置自动投用率及装置操作平稳性,进而提高产品质量,并对相应的控制方案进行研究;最后,对改进措施加以实验验证,证明其有效性.

Abstract:According to the PID control strategy used in the current production devices were analyzed and a fuzzy control technology to improve the quality control of oil refining , the existing problems device was brought forward. The fuzzy control technology can improve the automatic rate and smooth operation of the device and thereby improve the quality of products. It is proved that the fuzzy control technology is effective.
