| 摘 要： | 新时期，我国对外贸易自由化促进了经济的增长和结构优化，发挥了要素资源比较的优势，提高了参与国际分工的深度和广度，推动了科技进步与创新，提高了生产率水平，促进了中国经济、中国企业和中国制造业的崛起，但也带来了经济发展的不平衡问题。同时，我国对外贸易自由化对世界市场也产生了越来越广泛、深刻的影响。
