膨胀珍珠岩/有机羧酸复合相变储能材料试验研究

摘    要:用膨胀珍珠岩多孔基体与有机羧酸进行物理复合,制备建筑储能材料,通过SEM分析了复合储能材料的微观结构,通过DSC测试其相变温度、相变焓.结果表明:辛酸、月桂酸和豆蔻酸与膨胀珍珠岩的最佳吸附量约为55%、45%、40%,膨胀珍珠岩/辛酸复合相变储能材料有合适的相变温度,膨胀珍珠岩/豆蔻酸复合储能材料有较高的相变焓.

Abstract:The thermal energy storage material of building is prepared with the compound of expanded-perlite porous skeleton and organic-acid phase change materials by physical adsorption.The microstructure of the thermal energy storage material is viewed by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM).In the thermal analysis, the Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC) was used to determine the melting point and heat of fusion of thermal energy storage material.The results show that the perfect mass fraction of organic acid in composite is:Caprylic-Acid:55%;Lauric-Acid:45%;Myristic-Adid:40%.The Caprylic-Acid/Expanded-perlit has suitable phasechanging temperature and the Myristic Acid/Expanded-perlite has higher latent heat.
