粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子和白细胞介素5在鼻息肉中表达

目的探讨粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(granuIocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor,GM-CSF)和白细胞介素5(interleukin-5,IL-5)在单发鼻息肉组织及多发鼻息肉组织中的表达水平的差异。方法分别采用ELISA法及免疫组化SP法检测单发鼻息肉组30例、多发复发鼻息肉组23例及对照组15例(下鼻甲部分切除术患者下鼻甲黏膜标本)中GM- CSF及IL-5的表达状况。结果多发性鼻息肉组中GM- CSF及IL-5表达量均明显高于单发鼻息肉组,单发鼻息肉组明显高于对照组,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论鼻息肉的多发、复发机制可能与GM- CSF及IL-5的高表达水平有关,它们在鼻息肉的发病机制中占有重要地位。

Expression of GM-CSF and IL-5 in nasal polyposis

OBJECTIVE To study the difference of GM-CSF and IL-5 expression in mono-nasal polyp and poly-nasal polyps.METHODS The expressions of GM-CSF and IL-5 in 30 samples of mono-nasal polyps,23 of poly-nasal polyps and 15 of inferior turbinate were detected using ELISA technique and SP immunohistochemical method.RESULTS The expression level of GM-CSF and IL-5 in poly-nasal polyps were much higher than that in mono-nasal polyps(P<0.01).The expression level of GM-CSF and IL-5 in mono-nasal polyps were much higher than that in inferior turbinate(P<0.01).CONCLUSION The high expression of GM-CSF and IL-5 may be related to the occurrence and recurrence of nasal polyps and they may play an important role in the pathogenesis of nasal polyps.
