摘    要:为满足电磁炮多路瞬态脉冲大电流测试需求,以罗果夫斯基线圈为传感器,以PXI高性能数据采集卡和嵌入式控制器为硬件核心,以LabWindows/CVI为虚拟仪器软件开发平台,采用多线程技术设计并实现了多通道脉冲大电流测试系统,并通过数据库实现测试数据的管理.实际应用表明系统实时性高、准确可靠,具有较高的安全性和良好的可扩展性.

Abstract:To meet the requirement of measuring multi-channel large pulsed current of electromagnetic gun,adopting Rogowski coil as sensor,using embedded controller and high performance PXI DAQ card as the hardware core in this system,using LabWindows/CVI as virtual instrument software platform,and adotping multi-thread technology the multi-channel large pulsed current test system is designed and realized.The testing data is administered by database in this system.The practical application shows that this test system has high real-time performance,accuracy and reliability,as well as high security and well expansibility.
