| 摘 要： | 目的建立天柏金黄散的微生物限度检查方法。方法采用接种5种阳性对照菌回收率试验确定其是否含抑菌成分。结果天柏金黄散按常规法测定两种阳性试验菌的回收率均低于70％，表明在本试验条件下有一定的抑菌作用，但可通过培养基稀释法消除其抑菌作用。结论天柏金黄散可按培养基稀释法进行微生物限度检查。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the microorganism limited inspecting method of Tianbai Jinhuang Powder.Methods The recovery test of inoculating five positive control bacteria was used to determine whether it contained antibacterial component.Results The results of recovery test of two positive test bacteria by Tianbai Jinhuang Powder were both lower than 70%,which indicated that there was a certain antibacterial effect under this experimental condition,but the antibacterial effect could be eliminated through the media dilution method.Conclusion Tianbai Jinhuang Powder can carry on the microorganism limited inspecting method according to the medium dilution method. |
