| 摘 要： | 针对当前大学生毕业生就业形势严峻、大学就业观和就业能力出现偏颇的现状,组织开展了关于＂社会需要什么样大学生＂的调查,结合用人单位对人才素质的现实需求,有重点地对当前大学生职业素养、思想素养和沟通能力等方面进行了分析,并对高校人才培养提出了积极的建议。

| Abstract: | In view of the current severe situation of university students, the biased status of university graduates employment view and the employment ability, we organized to carried out an investigation on ＂what kind of col-lege students be the social need＂, in combination with the practical needs of employing units on the talent quali-ty, the article analyzed the current college student occupation accomplishment, thought accomplishment and the ability of communication and other aspects, and puts forward positive proposals for talent training in universi-ties. |
