摘    要:简要介绍了利用火法处理铅阳极泥和脱铜阳极泥生产金银合金,以及金银合金电解的处理过程;阐述了金银合金电解过程中有价金属的走向和银电解液的变化;重点讨论了银电解液中有价金属银、铜、钯的回收试验与生产过程。生产实践表明:沉钯试剂A和沉钯试剂B均能回收银电解液中的钯,前者得到的银粉中钯质量分数符合IC-Ag99.99中0.001%的限量要求,后者得到的银粉中钯质量分数达不到IC-Ag99.99的限量要求;氨水-水合肼还原法回收银,银粉熔铸得到符合要求的IC-Ag99.99产品;铁粉置换法回收铜,得到铜质量分数约55%的富铜渣。钯、银和铜的综合回收使企业获得显著的经济效益。

Practice of comprehensive recovery of valuable metals from silver electrolyte
Abstract:The paper briefly introduced treatment processes before the gold and silver alloy was prepared for elec-trowinning, including pyrogenic processing of anode slime and gold and silver alloy production by decoppered anode slime. The flow of valuable metals and the variation of silver electrolyte in the electrowinning of gold and silver were also stated in the paper. The experiment on recovery of and production process of valuable silver, copper and palla-dium from the silver electrolyte was emphasized. Practice showed that palladium-precipitating reagent A and B could recovery palladium from the silver electrolyte. The former obtained the silver power whose mass fraction was below the boundary value of 0 . 001 % according to IC-Ag99 . 99 while the mass fraction of palladium in the silver powder ob-tained by the latter is beyond that limitation. The silver powder recovered by ammonia-hydrazine hydrate reduction method was cast into products meeting the requirement of IC-Ag99 . 99 . Copper was recovered by iron powder substi-tution method and copper-rich slag with the mass fraction of 55% was obtained. The comprehensive recovery of silver and copper created outstanding profits for enterprises.
