鼓室冲洗注药治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床分析

目的 :探讨鼓室冲洗注药治疗分泌性中耳炎 (SOM )的临床疗效 ;方法 :应用前瞻性的随机分组方法将临床诊断为分泌性中耳炎的患者分为鼓室冲洗注药组及常规治疗组进行临床对照研究 ;结果 :鼓室冲洗注药组的总有效率明显高于常规治疗组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;结论 :鼓室冲洗注药法治疗分泌性中耳炎可明显提高疗效。

Treatment of Secretary Otitis Media By Tympanic Cavity Syringe Injection

Objective: To study the therapeutic effects of tympanic cavity syringe injection on the secretary otitis media (SOM). Methods: 210 cases with SOM from January 2000 to December 2003 were divided into the tympanic cavity syringe injection group in which the tympanic cavity syringe injection was performed and the control one in which no injection was done. The pure tone and acoustic reflex were examined. Results: 124 ears of tympanic cavity syringe injection group and 86 ears of control group were followed-up and the cure rates were 93.5% and 74.4% respectively. And the effects of the tympanic cavity syringe injection group was significantly better than that the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: tympanic cavity syringe injection can be used as an effective medicine in the patients with SOM.
