太原市修建性详细规划电子报批系统的设计与实现

太原规划一张图“系统实现了总体规划、分层规划、控制性详细规划的建库与动态更新,然而,修建性详细规划作为规划编制和规划管理的重要内容,未包含在该系统中.建立修建性详细规划的规整、审核、建库、更新系统成为现有系统发展完善、规划编制人员辅助决策的迫切要求.根据太原市城乡规划局《太原市修建性详细规划电子报批系统技术要求细则》,我院建立起了太原市修建性详细规划电子审批系统.

Design and Realization of Electronic Approval System for the Construction Detailed Planning of Taiyuan

＂Taiyuan Planning as a whole＂ system realizes the database building and dynamic updating for general planning, hierarchical planning and regulatory detailed planning. However, this system doesn＇t contain construction detailed planning which is an important part of planning compilation and planning management. It brings about urgent demand on building a system for planning rearrangement, auditing, database building and system updating for construction detailed planning that the development and perfection of the existing system and the assistant decision-making for the planners and establishers. According to ＂Detailed Rules of Technical Requirements about Construction Detailed Planning in Taiynan＂ which is formulated by Taiyuan Urban and Rural Planning Bureau, electronic approval system of Taiyuan for the construction detailed planning is established by our institute.
