常规液体配合微量泵输注对相关并发症发生率的影响

目的 探讨常规液体配合微量泵输液对减少相关并发症的影响。方法 将2003年11月至2007年9月期间使用微量泵注射者618例，按照是否配合使用常规液体分为观察组（372例）和对照组（246例），观察两组患者相关并发症的发生率。结果 同时应用常规液体的观察组患者出现管道堵塞、静脉回血等并发症的发生率明显低于对照组，两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论 合理选取常规液体配合微量泵输注，可减少和预防相关并发症的发生，使微量泵的应用更加安全、有效，提高护理工作效率。

Influence of Pump-infusion in Micro-infusion Pump Treatment on the Related Complications

Objective To study the influence of pump-infusion in micro-infusion pump treatment on the incidence of related complications.Methods Six hundred and eighteen patients treated with micro-infusion pump from 2003 to 2007 were randomly divided into two groups: patients in the observation group(n=372) were treated with the coordinated application of Pump-infusion and those in the control group(n=246) were not treated with routine infusion.The incidences of complications were observed between the 2 groups.Results The incidences of channel blocking and vein blood returning in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion The rational combination of pump-infusion in micro-infusion pump treatment can reduce the incidence of related complications,making the application of pump-infusion more effective,accurate,and safe.
